We are seeking highly motivated Postdocs to join our research group in Theoretical Quantum Physics. Candidates are expected to have either excellent analytical skills, ideally with a background in fermionic quantum systems and reduced density matrices, or a strong expertise in numerical methods used in quantum chemistry. Mathematical Physicists are encouraged to apply as well. Our projects are concerned with the interface of Quantum Information Theory and Quantum Many-Body Physics.

Quantum Optics Lab is located at the Özyeğin University in Istanbul.
Our activities span a large spectrum from development of a intra-campus
quantum network to quantum memories based on cold and hot atomic
ensembles. We also conduct research about quantum imaging using
entangled photon pairs In our group we have an open Post Doctorate
positions as part of a project funded by TUBITAK.

We are currently offering three attractive three-year postdoctoral research positions to highly motivated and well-qualified researchers who intend to enhance their career in quantum information science (which can also be extended). The successful candidate will work as part of the research group led by Jens Eisert at the FU Berlin. The positions are funded by the German BMBF hardware grant scheme and are connected to a newly established research network on near-term quantum computing within the German excellence initiative as well as the European Quantum Flagship.
About the research group: The Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University is a leading research and education institution in physics, activities covering quantum technologies, high-energy physics, and mathematical physics. It is also the only institution in the region offering a full master’s program in Quantum Technologies. The research group Q3, led by Prof.

The research group Q3, led by Prof. Igor Jex, opens a post-doc position in the field of quantum technologies. A candidate, who has sufficient background in quantum physics and expertise either in the theory of open quantum systems or quantum walks and related dynamical models, is expected to work closely with one or more of the senior members of our team, and at the same time bring their own character to the research conducted in the group.
