Postdoctoral Position in Quantum Information and Many-Body Theory

The Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics
(APCTP) invites applications for one
postdoctoral position in the area of theoretical quantum information and
many-body physics. The successful candidate will join the Junior
Research Group led by Prof Jaeyoon Cho. The group has a broad range of
interests in the aforementioned area, but preferences will be given to
candidates with a strong background in topological phases of matter or
tensor network states. APCTP is situated at Pohang University of Science
and Technology (POSTECH), Korea, and provides a collaborative and
interdisciplinary environment for theoretical physicists.
The position is for two years. Applicants should email a CV, a
publication list, a research statement, and the contact details of at
least two references (to be contacted only with candidate's approval) to
Prof Jaeyoon Cho
(jaeyoon.cho@apctp.org). The
review of applications begins in January 2016 and will be continued
until the position is filled. The starting date is expected to be early
