The Computer Science Department of The University of Hong Kong invites applications for a position of Assistant/Associate Professor in Quantum Information Theory, to commence on January 1st, 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three year
fixed term basis, with consideration for tenure before the expiry of a second three year fixed term contract.
QTML 2018 follows the very successful workshop of the same name hosted in Verona, Italy in November 2017. It also continues the tradition of the 2016 Quantum Machine Learning Workshop and the 2017 Quantum Machine Learning Summer School that were hosted in South Africa, with a wonderful follow-up conference in Bilbao, Spain this year.

Dear Colleagues,
The preliminary programme for the Quantum Machine Learning Workshop 18-22 July 2016 at the Palm Dune Beach Lodge in South Africa is now online: http://www.quantummachinelearning.org/programme.html. We allocated plenty of time for talks and breaks in order to facilitate a focussed and intimate discussion. The talks start on Monday afternoon and end on Friday midday to allow for convenient travel arrangements.
