Reason for registering
I received the Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Parma in 2002, and the Ph.D. in Information Technologies in 2006 from the same University. In January 2015 I achieved the National Scientific Qualification for Associate Professor. Since December 2015, I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Parma.
In general, my research area is parallel and distributed computing. Currently, I am focusing on:
- Design and analysis of parallel and distributed algorithms
- Quantum Computing architectures, algorithms and protocols
- Internet of Things
- Service-Oriented Architectures and distributed middleware
