Reason for registering
I graduated from Cornell University with a Ph.D. Physics In 1989. I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Bell Labs for a couple of years, and have been at NIST since 1994. I have primarily been involved in research involving single electron devices for both quantum coherence and current standard applications during that time. I greatly enjoy working with smart, creative people, in particular both learning from them and helping them learn.
NIST is a great place to work, with several Nobel laureates and thousands of interesting collaborative scientists.
