Beginning on 31/08/2023, applications are open for the Government of
Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme.
The application process is competitive (success rate of 18% over the
past five years) but has already funded a number of PhD studentships in
Quantum Computing and Quantum Information Theory/Foundations.
The value of the scholarship will be up to a maximum of €28,000 per

The Algorithms & Complexity group at IRIF (CNRS, Université Paris-Cité) in Paris (France) invites applications for multiple fully funded PhD and postdoc positions (1-3yrs) to work on the theory of quantum computing. RIKEN is currently accepting applications for the FY 2024 Special Postdoctoral Researcher (SPDR) Program from young, creative, independent researchers who will be a powerful force in furthering RIKEN’s research activities.

Within the National Centre for HPC, Big Data and Quantum Computing (HPC) a research fellowship is funded.
Multiple postdoctoral positions are available at the Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Science (IFFS), University of Electronic Science and Technology China (UESTC) located in Chengdu, China. We are looking for highly qualified candidates to participate in a research project to develop applications for near term quantum computing devices. Candidates who are broadly interested in the area of quantum information and computing are encouraged to apply. Interviews are expected to begin from February 2023 and will be conducted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.

The University of Bari (Italy) is expanding its research activity in quantum information science and technology.
We welcome applications from candidates interested in any aspect of theoretical quantum information science and technology. We currently have vacancies for up to six research fellows (deadline January 4th, starting date March 1st, 2023).
